It describes direct capability in custom cabinetry, millwork, built-ins, furniture, fabrication, woodworking, and detailing—the elements where closer craft involvement can improve fit, customization, control, and the relationship between a piece and the room around it.

It does not mean that PAEZ self-performs every trade or system on every project. Keeping that boundary clear makes the capability more credible and helps clients understand exactly where direct fabrication can change the result.


Why Made-to-Fit Work Changes a Space

Standard products are designed for many rooms. That efficiency can be useful, but fixed sizes may leave awkward gaps, ignore unusual dimensions, or provide storage that does not follow the household or business routine.

Custom work begins with the actual condition. Measurements, use, circulation, lighting, utilities, surrounding finishes, and architectural relationships inform the design.   • Fabricate With Direct Involvement:

    PAEZ stays close to material decisions, dimensions, assembly, and finishing within our in-house capability.

  • Install and Refine the Fit:

    Installation responds to verified conditions, followed by review of alignment, operation, transitions, and finishing details.

Control Through Direct Involvement

Control does not mean nothing changes. Materials vary, field conditions must be verified, and custom elements interact with other trades. Direct involvement keeps PAEZ closer to design intent, fabrication decisions, fit, and finish while Construction Coordination connects surrounding work.

That continuity is especially useful at the boundaries. A cabinet opening must agree with the appliance information. A vanity must consider plumbing, mirrors, lighting, and comfortable use. A built-in may need to accommodate outlets, equipment, trim, flooring, or an irregular wall. Keeping fabrication connected to field measurements allows those relationships to be addressed as part of the piece instead of discovered only at installation.
